PB-PL-NKT Tubing Safety Joint

Application

PB-PL-NKT safety joint provides easy release from stuck pipes during tripping operations without rotation.

Design

The safety joint is a short tube, made of alloy steel. It consists of a body and a sub, connected by left-hand tubing thread.
The upper part of the joint has right-hand box tubing thread and the lower part - right-hand pin tubing thread. The safety joint has a central watercourse for circulation.
To disconnect the joint, rotate the tool to the right and pull out of hole.
