Application 

FS step mill mills out various float shoes and valves made of aluminum alloys. 

Design 

The step mill consists of a body, made of high-strength alloy steel and cutting-grinding braze of crushed tungsten carbide in nickel/brass matrix. Mill steps have different OD and circulation ports. The body of the mill has thread connection at the upper end and relevant watercourses at each step flank that provide for efficient cooling and intensive cuttings removal.
